An April 2021 challenge
My Mindful Yoga was an April 2021 challenge, from 26th to 30th. Asanas include Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana), Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana), Headstand (Sirsasana) and Savasana (Corpse pose).

Enjoy the physical activities: any inversion.
