My Mindful Yoga was an April 2021 challenge, from 26th to 30th. Asanas include Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana), Headstand (Sirsasana), Savasana (Corpse pose) and Threelegged Dog (Eka Pada Adho Mukha Svanasana).

The power of breath to calm the body: Any hip opener.
Finding balance: any standing balance pose.
Enjoy the physical activities: any inversion.
Slow down and meditate: any supine or seated pose.
Yogi’s choice: any pose that helps you to relax and unwind.

Half Moon Pose in November 11th 2019. I love moon yoga, so my choice for balance pose is the moon themed Ardha Chandrasana or Half Moon Pose. I'm going to celebrate the full moon tomorrow with
