A February 2018 challenge

Nama Slay 2018 was a February 2018 challenge, from 9th to 15th. Asanas include Upward plank (Purvottanasana), Trikonasana (Triangle pose), Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) and Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 (EPK1).

Day 1 – Tree Pose
Day 2 – Upward facing dog
Day 3 – Any Warrior
Day 4 – Upward plank
Day 5 – Triangle pose
Day 6 – Down dog
Day 7 – Yogi’s choice

Tree pose in February 9th 2018. Joining in here too. I bring a Tree pose variation, calling it Floating Tree for now. Ideally, I want at least one arm from ground, but that's was too tough for
