Nama Sleigh Yogis was a December 2019 challenge, from 23rd to 29th. Asanas include Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana), Pyramid pose (Parsvottanasana), Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana) and Standing forward fold (Uttanasana).
