Namaste Your Asana was a May 2020 challenge, from 18th to 22nd. Asanas include Mountain pose (Tadasana), Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2), Cow Face Pose (Gomukhasana) and Crescent lunge (Anjaneyasana).
