New Year New Yoga Intentions was a January 2020 challenge, from 6th to 10th. Asanas include Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana), Tripod headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana A), Upward plank (Purvottanasana) and Tree pose (Vrksasana).
