A January 2020 challenge

New Year Vibes 2020 Yoga was a January 2020 challenge, from 1st to 5th. Asanas include Crow pose (Kakasana), Boatpose (Navasana), Headstand lotus (Urdhva Padmasana) and Lotus pose (Padmasana).

New or different location to do yoga (either outdoor or indoor yoga will do), could be a new corner in your room or house
New angle to take yoga asana photos (any pose)
New yoga asana (try any new variation of asanas that you never did before)
Share your new feeling OR new vibe about yoga (any pose)
Yogis choice of something new

Crow pose in September 15th 2018. "Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished."

Boatpose in November 12th 2019. Happy Beaver Moon! My choice for seatedpose is Navasana or Boat pose.

Headstand lotus in September 24th 2018. I can't do lotus handstand, but I want the challenge of an Inverted Lotus so I bring an Urdhva Padmasana or Headstandlotus. I formed the lotus in air.

Lotus pose in February 21st 2018. I bring a  Lotuspose with  Garudasana arms, a yogi upgrade to the powersitting technique used in attachmenttherapy.
