A February 2020 challenge

New Year Yoga Props was a February 2020 challenge, from 3rd to 7th. Asanas include Dolphin pose (Ardha Pincha Mayurasana), Wheel with one leg up (Eka Pada Urdhva Dhanurasana), Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana) and Standing forward fold (Uttanasana).

1. Dolphin or Pincha
2. Wheel or bridge
3. Any Arm balance
4. Squat or fold
5. Free choice

Dolphin pose in July 18th 2018. I'm ending this humpday with  Ardha Pincha Mayurasana or  Dolphinpose. This is an important preparation pose for pincha, and also the most common pose to launch into pincha.

Wheel with one leg up in August 14th 2019. Eka Pada Urdhva Dhanurasana is Wheel with one leg up, and I've never got decent height in this one if I got up at all. But I've found what have held

Standing forward fold in February 6th 2020. I go for a standing forward bend or Uttanasana on my FeetUp. Standing on something allows to reach beyond floor level. I did also try with a block b
