No End to Backbends was an October 2019 challenge, from 8th to 14th. Asanas include Mermaid Dancer (Natarajasana), Standing backbend (Anuvittasana), Puppy pose (Uttana Shishosana) and Camel pose (Ustrasana).

Natarajasana in June 29th 2018. This is going to be my next breakthrough in  Natarajasana. Flipping the grip is still far future. Unlike yesterday, one prop did it, or maybe 1.1, if a little lotion on my left arm counts, as this side was slightly harder :
