Oh My Quad Yoga was a January 2018 challenge, from 25th to 31st. Asanas include Camel pose (Ustrasana), Lizard pose (Utthan Pristhasana), Crescent lunge (Anjaneyasana) and King Pigeon (Raja Kapotasana).
