Onzie Healthy Flexy Hips was a May 2020 challenge, from 25th to 31st. Asanas include Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana), Skandasana (Side lunge), Goddess pose (Utkata Konasana) and Standing pigeon.

Wide legged forward fold in March 22nd 2019. Yay for a third season! I bring  Wideleggedforwardfold or  Prasarita Padottanasana D, just like in previous seasons, and bring my previous entries.
