Open Heart 4 Yogis was a January 2018 challenge, from 25th to 31st. Asanas include Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose), Camel pose (Ustrasana), Bow Pose (Dhanurasana) and Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana).

Natarajasana in January 25th 2018. I bring a snowga  Natarajasana, known as  Lordofthe Dance Pose,  Kingdancer or just dancer. I'm working to advance to the mermaid version soon :)
