A May 2020 challenge
Piece By Piece Yogis was a May 2020 challenge, from 4th to 8th. Asanas include Camel pose (Ustrasana), Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana), Iron Cross Headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana C) and Savasana (Corpse pose).
Finding balance in our emotions-Any balance pose (how do you release unwanted emotions/energy? Writing? Screaming? Or do you keep everything within?)
Keeping our hearts open even though they’ve been hurt – Any heart opener (express a moment of vulnerability)
Surpassing obstacles-any transition (are you the initiator for the changes in your life, or do they happen to you beyond your control)
Flipping Perspectives- any inversion (Where does your mind go when things take an unplanned shift?)
Feeling it all- meditation sequence (Sit back and reflect on all of the introspection that took place this week. What did you learn about yourself? Could you improve or are you happy with your style of healing?)
