A July 2024 challenge

Plastic Free Yogis was a July 2024 challenge, from 1st to 8th. Asanas include Lizard pose (Utthan Pristhasana), Upwardfacing dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana), Baby crow (Baby crow pose) and Goddess pose (Kalyasana).

birds (pigeon, bop, flamingo)
jungle animals( tiger, monkey)
desert animals ( lizard, camel)
domestic animals (dog, horse, cat, cow)
baby animal (baby pose)
human being (warrior, goddess)

Dolphin pose in June 5th 2021. Doing Beach yoga with Dolphin pose in it's right element. Water have been significantly warmer here the last few days. First swim this season was four days ago,

Locust pose in June 20th 2022. Locust pose or Salabhasana is an important prone pose to practice often for a healthy back.
