Play Your Side Crow was a June 2019 challenge, from 24th to 30th. Asanas include Side crow (Parsva Bakasana), Side crow (Parsva Bakasana), Grasshopper pose (Parsva Bhuja Dandasana) and Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 (EPK1).

4) Foot to armpit side crow (grasshopper)
5) Scissors side crow
6) Lizard side crow
7) Yogi’s choice
