Power To Be Pliable was a June 2018 challenge, from 18th to 23rd. Asanas include Chaturanga (Chaturanga Dandasana), Standing forward fold (Uttanasana), Pigeon pose and Standing forward fold (Uttanasana).

Chaturanga in October 1st 2019. Yay, I'm in here! I go for my favorite pose in the plank family, the Chaturanga Dandasana. One regular, and two with raised leg.

Pigeon pose in March 26th 2019. Doing a Friday catchup :) I've did regular  Pigeonpose and  Standingpigeon in past seasons, so I bring both now. And I bring both sides for both.  Twinshavemore

Wheelpose in June 22nd 2018. This walk is so awesome, I remember back in the days when I saw The Exorcist, I was so amazed by her walk, what if I one was can be that strong and flexible.
