Prop That Asana was a January 2020 challenge, from 13th to 19th. Asanas include Plank pose (Phalakasana), Chaturanga (Chaturanga Dandasana), Standing backbend (Anuvittasana) and Mayurasana (peacock pose).

Split in January 18th 2020. I warmed up with the same drills as awesome @__sil_06 mentioned for today's splitstraining: stretch with a strap, quad stretch, low lunge variation and lizard pose.
