Prop the Pose 2 was a January 2020 challenge, from 13th to 20th. Asanas include Goddess pose (Utkata Konasana), Revolved side angle pose (Parivrtta Parsvakonasana), Trikonasana (Triangle pose) and Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana).

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan
