Prop Up Your GOF Summer was a July 2020 challenge, from 11th to 17th. Asanas include Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), Standing forward fold (Uttanasana), Boatpose (Navasana) and Standing split (Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana).

Chair Pose in April 25th 2018. The color for the solar plexus or manipura chakra is yellow. I need to have mine adjusted after a gut infection. I bring a  Utkatasana or  Chair Pose with tiptoe

Frog pose in April 18th 2021. Today is one of my favorite poses, the Frog pose or Mandukasana. When fully warmed up, this hip opener feels wonderful to stay in for a while.

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan
