Prop Your Practice Yogis was a June 2021 challenge, from 11th to 15th. Asanas include Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana), Frog pose (Mandukasana), Kapotasana and Standing backbend (Anuvittasana).

Wide legged forward fold in March 22nd 2019. Yay for a third season! I bring  Wideleggedforwardfold or  Prasarita Padottanasana D, just like in previous seasons, and bring my previous entries.

Frog pose in April 18th 2021. Today is one of my favorite poses, the Frog pose or Mandukasana. When fully warmed up, this hip opener feels wonderful to stay in for a while.
