A July 2018 challenge

Resolution Handstand 2018 July was a July 2018 challenge, from 1st to 10th. Asanas include Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), Scorpion pose (Vrishchikasana) and Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana).

① – Straight legs

② – Lady legs

③ – Splits Handstands

④ – Half pike

⑤ – Straddle

⑥ – Hollowback

⑥ – Hollowback

⑦ – Tree pose

⑧ – Mermaid legs

⑨ – Scorpion

⑩ – Yogi choice

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan

Handstand in July 4th 2018. This one was really though, my attempts in unsupported handstands yielded something like a crude split. So I decided to step back and do it with tree support.
