Resolution Handstand 2018 January was a January 2018 challenge, from 1st to 10th. Asanas include Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) and Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana).

① – Wrist warm-ups

② – Scapular Push-ups and handstand with lady legs

③ – Toe to wrist taps, #Handstand splits

④ – Plank and half pike

⑤ – Leg lifts and straddle

⑥ – Supine tuck and #Hollowback

⑦ – Wall tuck slides and treepose

⑧ – Sock slides and Mermaid legs handstand

⑨ – Endurance hold and scorpion

⑩ – Handstand

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan
