Sanskrit Lesson Yoga was a December 2019 challenge, from 9th to 13th. Asanas include Marichyasana C, Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana), Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose) and Standing backbend (Anuvittasana).
