Seven Yoga Sins was a March 2020 challenge, from 19th to 25th. Asanas include Standing forward fold (Uttanasana), Lotus pose (Padmasana), Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana) and Mermaid Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana).

Not warming up
Primarily practicing on your ‘good’ side
Working on either strength or flexibility but not both
Ignoring signs of injury
Skipping savasana

Standing forward fold in August 2nd 2018. Catching up with an Uttanasana or Standingforwardfold.
