Spread Your Smile Yogis was a January 2019 challenge, from 5th to 11th. Asanas include Standing forward fold (Uttanasana), Revolved Triangle Pose (Parivrtta trikonasana), Eight Angle Pose (Astavakrasana) and Wild Thing (Camatkarasana).

Standing forward fold in January 6th 2019.  Standingforwardfold or  Uttanasana is hard to smile in, but thanks to my recent  Digital Detox, my pineal gland is decalcified so I smile more :)

Revolved Triangle Pose in January 7th 2019. Yay, the good old  Parivrttatrikonasana or  Revolved Triangle Pose, this is definitely worth a good smile. It's one of the poses I learned in  Ashta
