Spring Cleaning Yoga was a March 2018 challenge, from 12th to 18th. Asanas include Split (Hanumanasana), Humble Warrior (Baddha Virabhadrasana), Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana) and Camel pose (Ustrasana).

Heart opener (backbend)
Invert yourself
Spring clean your mind (share a ritual or meditation?)
Yogis choice (yogis full bloom 🌸🌞🌻🌼) .

Split (Hanumanasana)
Humble Warrior in March 13th 2018. I bring a  Baddha Virabhadrasana or  Humble Warrior, one of my favorite  Shoulderopeners. Humble Warrior opens up the  Thirdeye chakra. Tank from @onzie, bracelets from  Tenerife.

Bound Angle Pose in March 14th 2018. Fitness is not a duty - it is the freedom to make your body so healthy, strong, flexible and durable as you desire.

Camel pose in March 15th 2018. I'm now through two days of my juicecleanse. Three bottles of 800 ml (1.7 pint) for replacing all meals. The lower calorie count means that you need to time the meals properly. Even if a bottle becomes an analogy for a meal,
