Spring Spirit Yogis was a March 2021 challenge, from 1st to 6th. Asanas include Frog pose (Mandukasana), Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2), Side plank lotus (Padma Vasisthasana) and Ardha Baddha Padma Paschimottanasana (Seated bound half lotus with forward fold).

Warrior II Pose in April 27th 2018. "Exercise to stimulate, not to annihilate. The world wasn't formed in a day, and neither were we. Set small goals and build upon them."
