Strength In Asana was a September 2018 challenge, from 24th to 30th. Asanas include Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), Dolphin pose (Ardha Pincha Mayurasana), Lotus pose (Padmasana) and Sphinx pose (Bhujangasana).
