Strength That Carries Us was a June 2020 challenge, from 15th to 21st. Asanas include Skandasana (Side lunge), Bhekasana (Frog pose), Goddess pose (Utkata Konasana) and High lunge pose (Utthita Ashwa Sanchalanasana).

Love – Any Malasana variation⁣ .
Resilience – Any Utkatasana⁣ .
Commitment – Skandasana or Any Squats⁣ .
Unity – Any Bhekasana ⁣.
Non-Judgement – Any Goddess ⁣.
Awareness – Any Lunge ⁣.
Compassion – Any Bridge⁣ .

Malasana in January 15th 2018. Joining in a bit late here, but I want to learn more about the  Chakras. For  Muladhara or  Root Chakra, I bring a  Malasana or  Garland Pose.

Chair Pose in April 25th 2018. The color for the solar plexus or manipura chakra is yellow. I need to have mine adjusted after a gut infection. I bring a  Utkatasana or  Chair Pose with tiptoe
