Strong And Flexible Hips was a November 2019 challenge, from 24th to 30th. Asanas include Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana), Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana), Lizard pose (Utthan Pristhasana) and Flamingo pose.
