Strong Arms For Spring was a March 2020 challenge, from 23rd to 28th. Asanas include Flying pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana), Plank pose (Phalakasana), Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana) and Utpluthih (Scales pose).

Utpluthih in March 25th 2020. I go for a classic Utpluthih on the Tolasana rock with blue sky :)

Eight Angle Pose in March 26th 2020. My choice today is Astavakrasana or Eight Angle Pose, the regular one felt just right today so I stay with it.
