Summer bums up was a July 2017 challenge, from 1st to 14th. Asanas include Forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana), Forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana), Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) and Scorpion pose (Vrishchikasana).

Lots of posts related to this challenge were deleted as SJW’s bought artificial reporters. In addition, one of the hosts got her account hacked.

Wide legged forward fold in July 1st 2017. This is the second challenge I jump into this July.
