Summer bums up was a July 2017 challenge, from 1st to 14th. Asanas include Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana), Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana), Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) and Scorpion pose (Vrishchikasana).

Lots of posts related to this challenge were deleted as SJW’s bought artificial reporters. In addition, one of the hosts got her account hacked.

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan

Chin stand in March 9th 2018. Chinstand or  Gandabherundasana was scary before. Have used props, as a Bosu to help get up and then FeetUp that helped me find the optimal distance between hands and chin. Then no scary momentum is needed, just have  Stronga
