Summer Inversion Party was an August 2019 challenge, from 1st to 7th. Asanas include Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana), Headstand (Sirsasana), Headstand lotus (Urdhva Padmasana) and Bound angle pose in headstand (Baddha Konasana Shirshasana).

Inversion with pike/ straight legs
Inversion with straddle/ split / bow-and-arrow legs
Inversion with eagle / lotus / cow-face legs
Inversion with butterfly / hopper legs
Inversion with stag / tuck legs
Inversion with twist / hollow back / scorpion
Yogis free choice of any inversion variation .

Headstand in July 14th 2020. I'm catching up with two types of headstands, the Salamba Sirsasana A and Tripod headstand, also known as mukta hasta sirsasana a.

Headstand lotus in August 3rd 2019. My choice today is Headstandlotus or Urdhva Padmasana with the lotus formed in air, and then lowering to embryopose. I warmed up with regular lotus, pigeons

Tripod headstand in August 5th 2019. Good morning Iceland! I catch up with a Tripod headstand with staglegs on the balcony.
Tripod headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana A)
Chin stand in March 9th 2018. Chinstand or  Gandabherundasana was scary before. Have used props, as a Bosu to help get up and then FeetUp that helped me find the optimal distance between hands and chin. Then no scary momentum is needed, just have  Stronga
