Super Symmetry was a January 2018 challenge, from 15th to 21st. Asanas include Split (Hanumanasana), Headstand (Sirsasana), Malasana (Garland Pose) and Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana).

Shoulderstand in January 18th 2018. For todays symmetry, I bring two shoulderstands or  Salamba Sarvangasana. One vertical and one with legs in  Bound Angle Pose or  Baddha Konasana.
