Terez This Or That was a June 2023 challenge, from 12th to 18th. Asanas include Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana), Upwardfacing dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana), Wild Thing (Camatkarasana) and Dolphin pose (Ardha Pincha Mayurasana).

On the beach or by the pool? Any water-themed pose.
Overseas vacation or domestic staycation? Any balancing pose.
Ice cream or ice lolly? Any cool pose.
Read & relax or music & move? Any hip opener.
Cocktails or mocktails? Any inversion.
Sunrise or sunset? Any heart opener.

Dolphin pose in June 5th 2021. Doing Beach yoga with Dolphin pose in it's right element. Water have been significantly warmer here the last few days. First swim this season was four days ago,

Frog pose in April 18th 2021. Today is one of my favorite poses, the Frog pose or Mandukasana. When fully warmed up, this hip opener feels wonderful to stay in for a while.

Pincha in October 20th 2023. Healthy food isn't boring. The fresh sweetness of fruits and berries. The crispiness of a great salad. The addition of seeds to bread for a more interesting textur

Upwardfacing dog in July 26th 2023. One pose that feels like a wave to me is Upwardfacingdog or Urdhva Mukha Svanasana. I make a variation with lifted leg in the second slide
