LATERAL FLEXION of the spine (e.g trikonasana/triangle)
SPINAL ROTATION (e.g any parivrtta/ revolved pose)
Wrist EXTENSION (e.g bakasana/crow)
Arm EXTENSION (e.g shiva)
Arm FLEXION (e.g handstand)
