The Anatomical Yogis was a January 2019 challenge, from 24th to 30th. Asanas include Standing forward fold (Uttanasana), Dwi Viparita Dandasana (Upward Facing Two-Foot Staff Pose), Trikonasana (Triangle pose) and Revolved side angle pose (Parivrtta Parsvakonasana).
FLEXION of the torso at the hips (e.g uttanasana/ deep standing fold)
EXTENSION of the torso at the hips (e.g urdvha dhanurasana/wheel)
LATERAL FLEXION of the spine (e.g trikonasana/triangle)
SPINAL ROTATION (e.g any parivrtta/ revolved pose)
Wrist EXTENSION (e.g bakasana/crow)
Arm EXTENSION (e.g shiva)
Arm FLEXION (e.g handstand)
