The Goddess Gang was a June 2018 challenge, from 23rd to 30th. Asanas include Goddess pose (Utkata Konasana), Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose), Cobra pose (Bhujangasana) and Skandasana (Side lunge).

❶ – thigh stretch & strengthener

❷ – glutes strengthener

❸ – hip opener

❹ – calves strengthener

❺ – upper body opener

❻ – goddess fun!

❼ – goddess fun!

❽ – goddess fun!

Chair Pose in June 26th 2018. I bring a figure four  Chair Pose on tiptoes. Anything on tiptoes is great for calf strength.
