The last yogi was a December 2017 challenge, from 1st to 14th. Asanas include Goddess pose (Utkata Konasana), Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana), Camel pose (Ustrasana) and Eagle Pose (Garudasana).

Side crow in December 13th 2017. My advice for Sidecrow or Parsva Bakasana is the same as for eight angle, find a good time of the day when your coordination and balance is as good as possible
