Together We Rise Yogis was an April 2020 challenge, from 2nd to 7th. Asanas include Standing forward fold (Uttanasana), Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Forward Bend), Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana) and Eight Angle Pose (Astavakrasana).

I won a prize in this one but Postnord and Tullverket screwed it up. Not the first time it happens, the so called Januariöverenskommelsen is a joke.

Janu Sirsasana in April 3rd 2020. My choice for seatedpose is Janu Sirsasana or Head-to-Knee Forward Bend. I tested a few different camera angles, and found I liked the regular from side best.

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan
