Twist It Out Yogis was an April 2020 challenge, from 20th to 26th. Asanas include Bound triangle (Baddha Trikonasana), Grasshopper pose (Parsva Bhuja Dandasana), Side crow (Parsva Bakasana) and Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 (EPK1).

Grasshopper pose in April 22nd 2020. I see that I haven't made a Grasshopper pose for about six months in my log, so it's definitely time to engage flightmode and twist out the mucus :)

Side crow in April 23rd 2020. The first pose that comes to mind in twistedbalance is Parsva Bakasana or Sidecrow.

Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 in April 24th 2020. Since I've already used the grasshopper and side crow, I bring my remaining twisted Arm balance, the Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 or EPK1.
