Unlocked Yogis was a June 2018 challenge, from 20th to 26th. Asanas include Standing pigeon, Grasshopper pose (Parsva Bhuja Dandasana), Standing forward fold (Uttanasana) and Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana).

Trikonasana in June 22nd 2018. I bring a  Trianglepose or  Trikonasana, an all round pose that benefits as preparation for almost all kind of challenging poses.

Grasshopper pose in June 25th 2018. I go for a tasty pose, Grasshopperpose or Parsva Bhuja Dandasana. Grasshoppers are tasty and rich in protein.
