Walking on Sunshine Yogis was a July 2020 challenge, from 27th to 31st. Asanas include Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana), Double toe stand, Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana) and Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose).

Flying crow pose in July 29th 2020. Today is any Arm balance and I go for my favorite, the Flying crow pose. Left leg up works as good as right leg up now :)
