Welcome Moon Asanas was a May 2018 challenge, from 21st to 27th. Asanas include Goddess pose (Utkata Konasana), Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana), Wild Thing (Camatkarasana) and Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana).

Puppy pose in May 21st 2018. Jumping in here. The moon is now waxing gibbous, and illumination is 68.3 percent. Lunar distance is 379 megameter, which is slightly closer than average.

Humble Warrior in May 23rd 2018. The full moon will peak on May 29, which is also the birthday of amazing @suchitra_rx. I plan to have a three day full moon juice cleanse on May 28 to 30.

Goddess pose in May 24th 2018. Every full moon is an opportunity for cleanse and self-reflection. The  Svadhyaya is the niyama about self-study. Here in  Sweden, May the 29th is the full moon day, while the US have the peak in the night between 28th and 2
