Welcoming Strength With Wall was a March 2018 challenge, from 9th to 18th. Asanas include Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana), Straddle split (Samakonasana) and Camel pose (Ustrasana).

Wide legged forward fold in March 9th 2018. Bringing a  Prasarita Padottanasana D or  Straddle Fold D with the wall.
