A July 2019 challenge

Werk your balance was a July 2019 challenge, from 15th to 21st. Asanas include Lizard pose (Utthan Pristhasana), Grasshopper pose (Parsva Bhuja Dandasana), Mayurasana (peacock pose) and Crow pose (Kakasana).

Side crow in July 17th 2019. I have Fallen Angel in another challenge today, so I go for the Parsva Bakasana or Side Crow option. I'm at the Donau Kanal in Vienna, Austria.
