Wheel 7 Ways was a February 2020 challenge, from 1st to 7th. Asanas include Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana), Forearm Wheel (Viparita Dandasana) and Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana).

Bridge or Bridge with wheel prop
Wheel Pose or Wheel/Bridge variation with wheel prop
Forearm Wheel/Bridge or Fish Pose with wheel prop
Straight Legged Wheel/Bridge or Bow with wheel prop
3 Legged Wheel/Bridge or Dancer with wheel prop
Bound Wheel/Bridge or Kapotasana with wheel prop

Forearm Wheel in August 8th 2019. As for last day, main pose is way out of my league, but I'm getting more comfortable with regular Forearmwheel or Viparita Dandasana, so I bring one, although

Wheel with one leg up in August 14th 2019. Eka Pada Urdhva Dhanurasana is Wheel with one leg up, and I've never got decent height in this one if I got up at all. But I've found what have held
