Wring Out The Old was a January 2019 challenge, from 14th to 20th. Asanas include Side crow (Parsva Bakasana), Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 (EPK1), Revolved Head to Knee Pose (Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana) and Revolved chair pose (Parivrtta Utkatasana).

Revolved Head to Knee Pose in January 15th 2019. I haven't practiced  Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana or  Revolved Headto Knee Pose very much, so I got great help from a tutorial by awesome @omniyoga

Eight Angle Pose in January 18th 2019. I use to enter it from elephant trunk pose. Unlike most other twists where I have it slightly easier to twist left, both sides works equally here. Balanc

Side crow in January 19th 2019. I bring two shots from the same Parsva Bakasana or Sidecrow hold. One with knees stacked and one where I lift the upper leg. My biggest goal here is to equalize

Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 in April 24th 2020. Since I've already used the grasshopper and side crow, I bring my remaining twisted Arm balance, the Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 or EPK1.
