A November 2018 challenge
Yin For Your Chakras was a November 2018 challenge, from 1st to 7th. Asanas include Swan pose, Sleeping Deer Pose (Mrigiasana), Fishpose (Matsyasana) and Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana).
1️⃣ Root/ Muladhara – Legs up the wall, dragonfly (seated wide legged forward fold, butterfly
2️⃣ Sacral/ Svadhishana – Sleeping swan (pigeon), dragon (lizard), frog .
3️⃣ Solar plexus/ Manipura – Supine twist, sleeping deer, Sphinx or seal .
4️⃣ Heart/ Anahata – Supported fish, melting heart (puppy), shoelace (cow face) w/ eagle or shoelace arms .
5️⃣ Throat/ Vishuddha – Supported bridge, thread the needle, supported shoulder stand .
6️⃣ Third eye/ Ajna – Child’s pose with forehead on block, Nadi shodhan
7️⃣ Crown/ Sahaswara – Seated meditation/ lotus, Savasana S, butterfly with legs up the wall
