An October 2017 challenge

Yin To Yang Yoga was an October 2017 challenge, from 22nd to 29th. Asanas include Heron pose (Krounchasana), Eagle Pose (Garudasana), Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana) and Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana).

Day 1: ⚫️dragon ⚪️lizardpose
Day 2: ⚫️swan ⚪️pigeonpose
Day 3: ⚫️squat ⚪️Malasana
Day 4: ⚫️saddle ⚪️ heronpose
Day 5: ⚫️twisted roots ⚪️eaglepose
Day 6: ⚫️butterfly ⚪️bound anglepose / ⚫️Snail ⚪️plowpose
Day 7: ⚫️waterfall ⚪️setu bandhasana
Day 8: ⚫️legs up the wall ⚪️shoulderstand

Flying lizard pose in October 22nd 2017. I join team Yang here, and bring a  Flyinglizardpose or  Uttana Prasithasana. Some lizards eat crickets, so do I, happy  World Edible Insect Day!

Flying pigeon in October 23rd 2017. I bring a  Flyingpigeon or  Eka Pada Galavasana.

Malasana in October 24th 2017. I stay in Team Yang and bring a  Malasana or  Garland Pose. Gives a night stretch with activated arms and hands in anjalimudra.

Heron Pose is an excellent hamstring stretch

Eagle Pose in April 25th 2020. I go for a regular Eagle Pose or Garudasana today.
