Yin To Yang Yoga was an October 2017 challenge, from 22nd to 29th. Asanas include Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), Flying lizard pose (Uttana Prasithasana) and Flying pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana).
