Hamstrings – Pyramid pose, Reverse plank;
Quadriceps – Camel pose, Chair pose;
Glutes – Half Lord of the Fishes pose, Bridge pose;
Abdominals – Bow pose, Boat pose;
Pectorals – wide legged forward fold with arms overhead, Plank;
Triceps – Cow face pose (arms), Four legged staff pose;
Trapezius – Eagle arms, Cobra pose.

Bow Pose in December 13th 2018. I go for both strength and flexibility today and bring a  Bow Pose or  Dhanurasana as well as a  Boatpose or  Navasana for  Abs. These poses targets the  Manipu

Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana)
Chaturanga in December 15th 2018. I go for  Fourleggedstaffpose or  Chaturanga Dandasana. A long hold or pushups paused in chaturanga is great to build strong arms.
