Yoga Body Moves was a December 2018 challenge, from 10th to 16th. Asanas include Bow Pose (Dhanurasana), Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana), Chaturanga (Chaturanga Dandasana) and Eagle Pose (Garudasana).

Hamstrings – Pyramid pose, Reverse plank;
Quadriceps – Camel pose, Chair pose;
Glutes – Half Lord of the Fishes pose, Bridge pose;
Abdominals – Bow pose, Boat pose;
Pectorals – wide legged forward fold with arms overhead, Plank;
Triceps – Cow face pose (arms), Four legged staff pose;
Trapezius – Eagle arms, Cobra pose.
