Yoga Journal Write Now was an October 2021 challenge, from 4th to 8th. Asanas include Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana), Lotus pose (Padmasana), Tree pose (Vrksasana) and Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana).

Any pose with a self hug, ”May your inner voice be the kindest voice you know!”, Write one thing you love about yourself… or share a mantra or quote that shows self love…💕
Any arm balance or a pose TWINNING with a supportive yogi friend… ”We are all just stars with people’s names.”, Write about a person in your life or an IG yogi friend you are grateful for…💕
Any grounding or meditative pose ”Peace is experienced, only when we choose it…” Write about what you need to let go or share a mantra or quote that helps you cultivate inner peace…💕
Any tree pose or balance ”Change can be sunshine, if you let it in…” Write about a change you need , or one you find hard to accept or one you are working towards… or share a mantra or quote that helps you accept change…💕
Let’s end this with an open heart ”Find purpose and look closely where you give your energy to…” Why was I given this day??? When during it did i feel most aligned and happy? Share with gratitude what brings you joy!!!💕
